		<description><![CDATA[I guess that I can agree with  you from a min/max perspective, as you&#039;re wanting to get the most that you can out of as few gems as possible, and trying to use a hybrid gem for the extra blue slot isn&#039;t going to help much. I do agree that it would be better used as a PvP meta though, as Stamina is always helpful there.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[The big difference between the Retribution metas is the gem requirement.  Two blues is a horrible activation cost for Retribution PVE, stamina does absolutely zero good for your DPS.  You get more DPS overall out of a single Nightmare Tear with a Relentless Earthsiege, than you will from a Chaotic Skyflare, a Nightmare Tear, and a Sovereign Dreadstone.  Chaotic Skyflares are a caster DPS meta (as they all can use the spirit productively), or perhaps viable for Ret PVP.]]></description>
